Founded by Robert Gallinger, a U.S. Army veteran with eight years of service, our roots trace back to his time stationed in Germany. The experiences and camaraderie shared over authentic German meals inspired Robert to bring those same flavors to the community here in northern Colorado. As a veteran-owned and operated business, we’re committed to serving up more than just food; we’re here to share a piece of our story and the values we stand for—community, authenticity, and a passion for bringing people together.
